Concert photography is always a fun challenge for me. You have to work with the elements of unpredictable lighting scenarios, lots of movement from the subjects as well as trying to capture the best moments conveying the emotion and passion from musicians and fans alike. This past weekend, I had the honor of being the real-time photographer for Dia De Los Toadies, the 2-day Toadies music festival featuring the Toadies, a Burden Brothers reunion, Sarah Jaffe, Local H and many more. It was held at Panther Island Pavillon in Fort Worth, Texas. I was responsible for not only photographing the awesome festival in its entirety, but I gave real-time visual updates via the festival's Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts throughout the 2 days. Below are some of my favorite shots from the weekend in Fort Worth. I'm super stoked to have had this great opportunity and can't wait to be able to do more in the future. Cheers.
